TECHNICAL SESSIONS
The Calgary Women in Energy organization began with connecting women in our industry to further professional development and growth in the oil, gas and energy sector. This idea was brought to life through the various networks of each member of the group. There was demand for a more consistent schedule for these presentations and thus our Director of Technical Education was created on the CWIE Board of Directors. Topics for our presentations vary from data management to life in oil and gas but are always focused on our professional industry. See below for recent topics and presenters to get a glimpse of the type of exclusive educational session CWIE members have access to each month.
Currently, we host our Technical Sessions every third Thursday of the month at 3:30 PM which are exclusive to CWIE standing members and prospective members only.
